Auction Information Overview | Why an Auction? | Auction Procedure | The Day of Auction | FAQ
We understand most people have never attended a real estate auction and we want you to know that there is no need to be apprehensive about the auction process.
We urge you to inspect the property and the due diligence material. Have your attorney review all the documents and explain them to you before the auction. Visit the unit(s) you are interested in as often as you need to in order to be comfortable with your buying decision. The auctioneer will speak clearly and slowly so as to be easily understood. When you bid, be sure to hold your bidder number up high so the auctioneer can spot it. Remember, our reputations rest on the proper and ethical procedure of every auction we conduct.
